Spear Lancaster has kicked off his petition drive to appear
on the November 2002 ballot as the Libertarian Party's
candidate for governor of the "free state" of Maryland!
To get him on the ballot, we will require about 40,000
valid signatures by August 5, 2002. This is certainly
doable, but we need your help! To volunteer or for more
